Parents sold packaged a/c from Barclays- What now?

Hi,
I recently found out that my parents were paying for a packaged bank account from Barclays that they did not ask for. Most of the 'benefits' from the account perhaps would not have applied to them (For example, they suspect that Worldwide travel insurance may have been a benefit but due to ill health my Father could not travel, let alone abroad, AA membership when they didn't own a car and the same for phone insurance and they didn't own a mobile).

Can they claim they were mis-sold and where do I start, please?
