Anyone know how much bandwidth is needed to watch on line

Depends entirely on the quality you're trying to watch at. iPlayer, for instance, can play at as low as 480kbps (but realistically you would need more than that for dropped/lost packets etc.), however the actual bandwidth your ISP provides depends hugely on the ISP, package offered, distance from the exchange, etc.
In short, have a go on each of those sites, see how well they work for you?0
