buying a car - showing as outstanding finance

    i've rang vw finance but 'due to the data protection act' they can not discuss any finance with anyone other than the owner or people listed on the account. !!!!!!. rang the bloke but he keeps saying that he's at work and is awaiting confirmation himself. just gonna leave it for now. if he wants to sell the motor he has my number

    So the finance company wont speak to you due to Data Protection, but if you did buy the car and it was still on finance you can bet they would want to speak to you then!!
