just done the benefit tst, what next? (please)

Hi all just done the entitled to benefit check and it said we may also be entitled to,

The information you have entered suggests you may also qualify for the following entitlements:
Free milk and vitamins
Free school meals
Sure Start Maternity Grant
Funeral Grant
Education Maintenance Allowance for over 16s


now the maternity grant, fineral grant or education mainenance allowance we wouldn't need but how do I find out about free milk & vitamins and free school meals can anyone point me in the right direction please?

ask school for a free dinner form, fill in and return to school with proof of entitlement, they should ( or at least they do here send it for you) and check out the direct gov website for the free milk and vits under the healthy start scheme.
