Hi hubby had a letter of Nationwide saying we might have been missold ppi due to not being told that the ppi would have been added to the loan having extra interest added.
We filled in the claim form that came with the letter and they replied saying after checking that they would refund the ppi and interest etc - they were very quick replying.
We would not have thought about claiming as apart from the loan we have now (4 payments left  and then cleared :j) we have always taken out ppi.
We have had several loans with Nationwide over the years and it has got us wondering if the same has applied to the other loans. Some have been joint loans with him and me as well.
How would we find out if the other loans have been the same. Do we write, ring , fill in a form?
Anyone here with similar experiences that can advise - would appreciate any help/suggestions
thank you

They should consider all loans that you had with them, especially if they were consolidated loans, get in touch with them and ask if they are looking at the other loans.0
