Cut them in half! It's that simple..... Unless your dishes have had lasagna or porridge sitting on them for 6 months, you will not notice the difference, even on an eco-wash. Your impact on the environment will be massively reduced and you will save 50% on dishwashing tablets. Suck it and see!

Modern dishwashers use very little water, thus they use very alot less energy to heat the small amount of water. The water is only heated once, rinse water can be heated by the outgoing wash water.
