Blimey, when you said 'tree' I was thinking something 40 foot tall rather than 4 foot. Will the purchasers even notice? is it a 'feature' plant? or one shrub among many? I've been 'rearranging' my garden, but it is so ridiculously overplanted that even having dug out stuff to take it is still looking crammed full, and it is not even mid summer yet. (key thing of moving is to have a bigger garden!). You can always put on the F&F form that you want to take it but will replace. It's not like you are planning on ripping up the whole garden.

My parents bought a 400 year old converted mill and it had a beautiful quarter acre of garden. We moved in the week before Christmas and it was dark. The vendors had taken all the light bulbs and replaced the genuine old brass door knobs with modern cheapo brass plated ones. When we looked out of the windows the next day we were horrified to see that not only were the shed and aviary missing but there were literally holes everywhere because shrubs had been dug up.

We will leave the vine and tree but may take the standard olive trees, standard oleander and put them in planters well before anyone views. It would depend on the next garden though.

I can't see why anyone would have a prob if things were listed as going.
