Fobbed off by Black Horse as no agreement number

Hi, Im new to this site, and am feeling rather annoyed at Black Horse Finance, as they say they are unable to help me as I do not have my agreement number. I have given current and previous addresses as they requested but still no joy.
I had finance on a car purchased from them in 2004 unfortunately I cannot locate my agreement number, I have contacted my old bank who inform me they have no records that far back and they are unable to help. I know I took out PPI on this agreement. My sister purchased a car the same day as me and she has her agreement number and her claim is going through. I could kick myself for not keeping my documents, is there anything I can do ?

If you have no documentation and the Bank don't have it then your complaint is over before it's begun.

You could gamble a tenner on a SAR letter..

Don't forget your sister isn't guaranteed any success just because her complaint is being considered.

Its hardly a fob off if you are complaining about an account if neither you nor they can find any evidence it ever existed.

Just because you knew you had it, doesn't necessarily mean that you automatically get it back or that it was miss sold. You would have to have a provable reason for them to even look at it to be honest. As will your sister.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
