Hi can any one advise if i need the above to on my pc as seem have got them downloaded in error and are the OK or dangerous ?as am new leaner in PC and computers

Click here to download Malwarebytes AntiMalware. Once downloaded choose 'Run' and follow the instructions to install and to update the definitions.
Let us know when you have done that.
Hopefully Waddler8 will come along with more detailed instructions for a clean up, as I have to travel. So no time for an in-depth clean up.
