    I'm surprised to hear that,must admit I've never tried to do it - most people I suppose invest in commercial property within their pension fund ( and given the poor quality of many of the insurance companies' other funds, IMHO it's not a bad idea to look at your investments in a kind of "big picture" way, and allocate the pension money - or a significant chunk of it- to commercial property, putting ISA money elsewhere.)

    Can you put the new listed offshore property trusts in an ISA? Or is this some kind of life company stitch-up, where you have to buy a pension in order to invest in the underlying asset?

    Agree with your comments on the fund choice.
    Trying to keep it simple...;)
