Article 1
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over who hold a valid passport, except employees and family of Air France or anyone associated with the prize promotion.

No purchase necessary to enter.
Article 3
The closing date for entries is 30 June 2007. No entries received after this date will be accepted.
Article 4
The winner will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of the closing date, and is required to accept their prize by e-mail within 14 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified time period, the promoter reserves the right to either withdraw the prize or re-allocate the prize to the next randomly drawn correct and valid entry.
Article 5
Prizes consist of one city break to each of the following 3 destinations: Geneva, Madrid and Zurich.
Each prize includes return flights for two people to the selected destination, plus 2 nights bed & breakfast accommodation in a Novotel hotel..The prize includes all taxes and airport security charges. The prize does not include transfers to and from the airports.
Article 6
The winner and their companion are responsible for supplying valid passports and visas and for obtaining appropriate vaccinations and inoculations where necessary. It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance.
Article 7
Flights must be booked and ticketed by 31 December 2007, with all travel completed by 31 December 2007. Extensions will not be granted. Flight details, dates and times cannot be changed once booked.
Article 8
This offer is subject to availability and does not represent entitlement to book to travel on a specific route on a specific date. Availability is more restrictive during peak periods, and travel period blackouts may apply. Greater promotional seat availability is offered on off-peak and high frequency services. Your seat must be booked in a promotional booking class. All Air France flights and fare types applicable to this offer are capacity controlled and subject to availability at the time of booking. It is possible that, whilst no promotional seats may be available on a flight, higher revenue seats may still be available on the same flight.
Article 9
Departure must be from a UK airport served by Air France.
Article 10
The prizewinner must be one of the passengers travelling and cannot transfer the prize, or the prize becomes null and void. Both travellers must fly on the same outward and return flights. If the prizewinner chooses to fly alone the other ticket will be null and void.
