Curry-Queen, just buy one of everything from Lakeland. LOL, it's my favourite shop. You must get a Mabu dishcloth -think that's the right name- I got one free with my last order and when I read all the hype about it I was a bit sceptical because I'm an old fashioned dishcloth person normally but it is wonderful, I've had it about 6 months now and it's a bit ragged but I love it. (Should I get out more?) These cloths even have their own website, they're made from wood pulp, I think , in Canada. I either put mine in the washing machine or dishwasher or soak in a drop of bleach.
Apart from that I love the Worktop Wonder, we have one of those shiny kitchens and also shiny units in the bathroom and it's great for those, also for stainless steel.
I could go on but I won't bore you anymore with my strange obsessions, I know most women prefer to look at clothes catalogues.0 -
They have some disposable wipes for cleaning upholstery and carpets which are brilliant:-

QUOTE=ET03]I use these as it's great to use homemade cleaning supplies but just basic vinegar etc and I missed the nice smells[/QUOTE]
thanks for all these tips, i too like to "smell" what i have just cleaned and despite the high praise for lakeland i have always found i could find a similar product cheaper elsewhere.
definately going to try the bicarb and whatever on carpets as i have three cats that love hunting flea ridden rabbits :mad:0 -
I would think the pine oil smell might keep them from lying on the rugs too0

A dab of neat lavender oil on a cold sore will stop it in it's tracks and dry it up within a couple of days.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

tea tree oil is indeed a good disinfectant.
