Current account overdraft

Hi there,
This is my first foray into the forums, as I really struggled to get any light shed on my problem online.
I feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place with my bank account. I currently bank with Natwest, who are great for service, etc. However, they are changing the overdraft fees on my account. I currently have a fee free overdraft up to £100, then pay about 15% interest on the last £50. They want to charge me £6 a month, every month that I'm more than £10 overdrawn. As I rarely go more than £50 into my overdraft this is adding fees I never used to pay. Having gone online to swap banks, I have found that because I dont pay in £1000 a month, (I'm a mum of three working part time), I cant get a fee free overdraft. Even a £50 buffer would be ok, but it seems impossible. Am I destined to pay a monthly fee or are there offers out there? I dont want to change accounts only to have to swap again next year when they put the fees up too!
It infuriates me that the new system seems to penalise those that are not thousands in debt. This £50 overdraft is going to cost me the same as someone £1000's in theirs. It hardly seems fair. :(
Thanks
Sarah

Santander offer fee-free arranged overdraft for 4 months. Use these months to pay it off and never go overdrawn again. When thousands of pounds go through your account during a year, £100 overdraft is just a habit, not a necessity.

AFAIK, Barclays charge interest only without fees on the planed overdraft.
