Hi,Just wondered if anyone can shed any light in this.Lounge Sky + HD box
Bedroom 1 sky HDbox
Bedroom 2 old white digibox
Had full tv package plus ESPN and 2 multirooms and HD.. Paying nearly £100!!
Did the I'm cancelling phone call and sky rang back and offered 50% off ..
Didn't really watch the movies and kids didn't really bother much, OH still wanted HD( I can't tell the difference!) and ESPN not needed.
So I got Entertaintment extra plus(with HD) and sports package for £26.75
Now
Lounge box has correct channels
Bedroom 1 has same as lounge box AND ESPN( which I cancelled and isn't on main box) and sky sports( multiroom cancelled)
Bedroom 2 just basic channels.
Any ideas why ? Not complaining but seems odd to me!

Are you paying two distinct multi-room subscriptions for this? If not, I think your white Sky+ is just acting as a non-subscription decoder.
I can't explain why you are receiving ESPN on one of your multi-room boxes but not the other.0 -
Checked my account on line. The white box is unsubsidised( what difference does that make?)
There is no multiroom or ESPN charge. Am thinking of a new one:beer:0 -
You would only get the extra subscription channels on your third box if you were to take out a second multi-room subscription. If you don't have Multi-room at all then expect Sky to realise this at some stage, at which point your extra channels will suddenly be removed.0
