Hi, All of a sudden my Epson SX235W has stopped recognising the blue, Red & yellow cartridges the black one seems ok, the printer has been working fine and this has just happened.
When I take out the cartridges and shake them theres plenty of ink in there.
I've taken each cartridge out turned the printer off for a minute then powered back on and put it back in but it makes no difference.
I've also given the chips a quick wipe, its strange how all 3 stopped being recognised at the same time.
Any ideas?
Phil

Maybe leave it off for longer, as in post 5 here

You can remove the lead from the back of the printer, which is supposed to clear the memory.
You can start the printer with the cartridges removed, and load them when the printer wants them.0 -

Sounds like the chips have died. Are they genuine or copy carts I've have both original and clone chips fail on me and Its annoying when you know there is ink left to have to replace them..0
