I am new to forums so please accept my apologies if im posting this is in the wrong place.
I received a letter from a company called claims angel telling me I could claim back my ppi from a loan I took out in 2005, I could not find any paper work for this loan so I contacted freedom finance who told me my lender was first national bank, I contacted them who told me I could not claim my ppi from them as they did not set up the loan and it was actually a company called Karaus uk - when I have researched this company it is based in Gibraltar, this must have been done through freedom finance as I had never heard of the company - I am now stuck as to what to do next - any help please

If you can't remember who the loan was with, you're on a hiding to nothing.
If you do remember who it was with, send them a SAR and £10 to see what information is left.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
Your complaint is against whoever sold the PPI, not the insurer or the lender.0
