Thanks for the additional replies, certainly appreciated.Are you saying that you wish to revoke both the executorship and the attorneyship of a particular individual?
Yes, that is correct & we are going to create another one in place of revoked person.
Just to sum up, we are going to use a solicitor to change the will & DIY for the EPA.

Just come across this so you may have already done it. If you are not changing the content of your will, I think this may be sufficient. Consider:
1. Making a codicil revoking the original clause naming executors and replace with one/two whatever new executors - codicil will have to be signed and witnessed by two people
2. LPA is a separate issue and definitely do this yourself. It is straightforward when you follow the instructions. Appoint any new/additional one you chose
3. Revoke the EPA for the individual your are removing as executorDon't let them grind you down; fight for your rights0
