    When you move house, you get nice and nasty surprises. This is only a minor issue and one they'll have to live with.

    next- the lady will be complaining somebody pooed in the toilet!
    How dare they???

    shes not buying a new house (we bought a new flat and moved in and found somebody had already used the toilet and didn't flush it, so new doesn't always guarantee spotless either ! lol! ) and she has to expect its in used condition...she viewed it and you sold it as is!!!

    tell her to go read the news and focus on some really awful things that have happened to people in the last week, and the bald carpet patch will soon begin to pale!

    anyway, some of us prefer our carpets bald! :)
