Love this thread and will keep an eye on it over the next 6 months. I do the bulk of my Christmas shopping in the UK over the summer but have been stashing away little bits since January. It really helps to get bits for all the Secret Santa type exchanges - I've found those more time consuming as there's usually a monetary element to them too.CC1 £5999 Total Debt March 2021 £5999

My nephew has special needs and we bought him some disco type lights for his bedroom one year - he loves the lights as they turned off and on. I thin he now has fairy type lights in his ceiling that twinkle. It is very difficult as all of the toys that he would like are made by a special needs company and charge a fortune - he often gets money from family and then the parents buy just one toy between us all. Good luck finding something suitableMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

MrsChristmas I agree about the bathroom! Why not get bright red and green towels, bathmat shower curtain etc and decorate with red and green baubles or even holly? Much more MSE than themed linens. Though Christmassy hand towels can usually be found quite cheap.
This is what I do in the kitchen. Chopping boards, drying up cloths, mugs in red and green and then some strategically placed decs!0 -

I found a couple of handtowels with snowmen on a couple of summers ago - gave one to each DD at Christmas. Now they look forward to them coming out again when the weather gets colder...:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
I have a large piece of voile purchased from Wilkinsons - it has candy canes on it - I use this as a shower curtain with a see-through plain one water side behind it - really christmas's up the bathroom very inexpensively. I use chrimbo tea towels on the top of the cistern too for an added bit of colour.0
