Telephone number req'd...

I've searched and searched and searched this forum for a telephone number and can't find the one i'm looking for....
We needed central heating and i found a telephone number on this forum that i rang and they advised me of who to ring in my area. We ended up getting a loan thru Energy sense (5 years interest free) that was not means tested, via Leicester City Council.
My mum desparately needs her heating changing as well but will not qualify for a Warm front loan either. She comes under Charnwood Borough Council...but i can't find the initial telephone number that i rang...can anybody help?
Ps They are fitting my central heating as i'm writing this...i love this forum!
