How do I contact MSE to sort out a query about switching energy suppliers?
They have messed up my electicity supply switch (switched the wrong account!). I have tried to contact them, but there is no phone number, and e-mails are either not replied to, or just get the standard list of FAQs, none of which answer my query.
How do I get things sorted out? Can somebody help, please?
