Enter our competition and you could win a VIP night on the town with 3 friends - including a chauffer driven car, club entry, drinks and the all important secret weapon for serious lash flirts - Masterpiece Max mascara! 100 lucky runners up will receive the new Masterpiece MAX mascara to help ensure their eyes are always flirt-ready

1. The first randomly selected entry by an independent person will win a night out for the winner and three friends to the value of approximately £400, plus 4 x Masterpiece Max mascaras. The prize does not necessarily include shade selection.
2. The next 100 randomly selected entries by an independent person will win a runner-up prize of 1 x Masterpiece Max mascara.
3. The winner will choose 3 people to accompany them on the night out at a time to be agreed between P&G and the winner. The winner agrees to co-operate with P&G in order to arrange fulfillment of the prize.
4. The night out will include a chauffeur driven car service to escort the winner and friends from one confirmed collection point and agreed time to a nightclub at the beginning of the evening, plus confirmed collection point from the bar 6 hours later to return home (with a total hire value of £250), entry to the bar or nightclub to be determined by P&G with a £100 drink card to spend.
5. The location of the prize fulfillment is to be in the closest major city to the winner's home unless otherwise agreed with P&G. The prize does not include travel to and from the major city for acceptance of the prize.
6. There is no cash alternative to the prize. Please allow 28 days for prize details to be confirmed and delivered.
7. The winner and runner-up winners will be notified in writing by 14th May, 2007. The first prize winner's name will also be published on the Max Factor website https://www.maxfactor.co.uk
8. The prize should be taken by January 31st, 2008.
