    the letters are general scare letters trying to get you to pay what they want ..if you have an arrangement to pay £5 then thats all you pay them ... ndr are littlewoods inhouse debt collectors... when i had my account with them it let me pay online using my littlewoods/ very details ... but like you they blocked my account and when i phoned up i found out they sold it on without notice in December to arrow global who are pain the @@@ to deal with

    i now pay it every month via standing order since but they dont even bother replying or even send a monthly statement to say they are recieving it .. at the beginning they gave me two different account numbers and had to phone them as they didnt reply to my letter asking which was correct

    You should try and get hold of a balance so you know how much is owning don't phone them though they will probably try and make you pay more lol x
