Hi,
I have had a setup working for a while but recently the phone has decided not to ring. I think sometimes it rings and mostly it doesn't. I've restarted it ... but that ends my tech knowledge. My Dad's now doesn't ring at all. We can all make outgoing calls no prob.
Any ideas?

Found the answer on the internet (hope it helps someone else):
I went to the admin view of line 1 where we can see advanced options and I have set the options "NAT enable" and "NAT alive check" to Yes.
Now it is working fine.Help me to help you :santa2:0 -
To access the menu:
If this is your first time configuring your SPA3102 then you will need to first find the IP address of your device and then enable HTTP configuration. To do so have a pen and paper ready to write down the IP address. Once you're ready do the following:
Pick up you telephone handset
Dial ****, do this even if you hear a busy signal
You will hear a message - "Linksys configuration menu. Please enter option followed by the pound key...", then enter 1 1 0 # on your phone.
You will now hear a message giving you the IP address of your PAP2 such as - "192.168.001.100". Write this number downHelp me to help you :santa2:0 -
It has stopped working again. This perhaps wasn't the real problem...

Ah ha! Bextech suggested this and at the moment that seems to be doing the trick:
You could try setting to:
Register Expires: 90
Proxy Fallback Intvl: 180Help me to help you :santa2:0 -
Glad you found a solution.
I have only posted this to prevent you being deemed "a nutter" - 6 consecutive posts by the same person is a sign of insanity.0 -
