Need an app to track phones on different platforms

In the same way that Apple has "Find my friends" which only works between iPhones, does anyone know of a free app that can track phones NOT on the same platform.
Specifically, would need a Windows phone to be tracked using an iPhone.
Any suggestions please?

We use https://www.life360.com for Android/Iphone tracking but i'm not sure about Windows phones0 -
