The Garden Centre Group - junk waste of time

Wanted an item from this place. The only way you can buy is by signing up first. Only after I'd done that could I try to checkout and at THAT point I find out that what I want isn't available from any of their stores.

Really hate waste of time sites like these & will definitely never be using them.

I agree that the Garden Centre Group is a waste of time. I have been a member of its Gardening Club since it started but customer service and rewards for loyalty are dire. I was mugged in February and one of the cards stolen was my membership card. I went into my account on their website and clicked the Replacement card button. Nothing arrived so I emailed in March and was told there was no trace of my request but a new one had been ordered that day and would take 21 days. I have emailed at 3-4 week intervals ever since but still no card although I do sometimes get replies that tell me there is a delay because of high demand. It is now three months and still no card. They have sent me my reward vouchers for the last period but I cannot spend them without the membership card and they expire at the end of June!!!!! What a useless bunch of gardeners.
