Hi
I sold my last car 5 year's ago (had 3 or 4 years NC discount) . Since then I've been named driver on two policies (Churchill for 4 years and another insurer for about a 3y) as well as car club member (zipcar). To top this I'm a professional driver (class I - categories BCDE).
I'm just about to buy a car again.
Is there any insurer that will take into account all this and be able to get me a good deal?

Your ncd is expired.
See if a local broker (not swinton) can get you an introductory discount to reflect your driving experience.0 -
Many insurers automatically give introductory bonuses, not just brokers, and simply by applying with 0 NCD but no claims then it is applied.
You can try your last insurers but given it was so long ago its unlikely they'll do you any favours0 -

One Sure Insurance should be able to offer you an introductory rate or mirror the NCB for you, best off ringing for it though so you can explain your situation and generally better discounts are given to people on the phone.
