Hi I want to convert US dollars into pounds from PayPal but their exchange rates are poor. Ideally I would like to send them to a bank account that can accept US dollars and then exchange them from there.
Just wondering what my options are and what would be the best method?

How big is the amount?
A USD account is likely to be not free.
If you ask the bank to convert $->£ you are likely to get the rates as bad as at Paypal.
If you want to ask some other company to do this at a better rate, USD bank transfer to the company will be not free.0 -
It will be around $8000. I am unaware of all the fees involved so just after a better £ return then what PayPal offers.0
