The promoter of this competition is First Choice, a trading name of TUI UK Limited, a member of the TUI Travel PLC Group of Companies, registered in England and Wales under number 2830117 and whose registered office is at TUI Travel House, Crawley Business Quarter, Fleming Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9QL.
2. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. This competition is not open to employees and members of TUI Travel PLC Group of Companies. To enter you must complete the online form and provide us with your name, postcode and email address. Only one entry per email address. No purchase necessary.
3. There is one prize available which is a seven night holiday for two adults and two children staying at the 4* Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort and Spa, Thailand in two deluxe rooms on an All Inclusive basis departing from London Gatwick on 10th December 2013.
4. The closing date is 30th June 2013. All entries must be received by 23:59 on 30th June 2013 to be considered eligible.
5. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or before 15th July 2013. The winner will be contacted via email. Once the winner is confirmed and has accepted their prize their name will be announced via the promoter's social channels.
6. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. It is the winner's responsibility to check their visa and passport requirements.
8. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
9. The winner may be requested to participate in post event publicity.
