Why don't they just ask the referee what your weakness is (if they're giving you the job) if they're so keen to get the true answer?
Should a good interviewer not be able to pick up the weakness from the other answers etc in the interview0 -

Yeah ok then tell them you have a job getting up on a Monday that will work as a good weakness.Well um, ok, so if something was a weakness, but now isn't, that doesn't answer the question.
