New Exhaust Problems

In December of 2011 I had to get my full exhaust system replaced.
I took it to my local Farmer Autocare (probably my first mistake) to get a new one fitted.

Collected the car to find a really bad rattling so took it back to be told it was a bolt hitting a heat shield.

A few months later a bad rattle reoccured so took it back again. This time the rear section had become twisted so they fixed it and all was good again.

Now its about 1 year 5 / 6 months since it was origionally fitted and its really rattling again. On looking under the car the rear section looks twisted out of position again.

According to the website they offer a comprehensive guarantee on exhuasts. I am unsure what this covers so any help with that would be great.

Also can I take it back to them to fix and if so should it be done free.

P.S I still have the origional reciept from when I purchased the exhaust as proof.

Usually 2 year warranty? So barring any damage caused by you, I'd be expecting them to fix/replace as part of that warranty?

Dropped in after work today and you were correct the warranty period is two years.

The middle section of my exhaust has a problem so they are going to order in a new part for Monday and fit it free of charge. Basicly due to the bad fitting of the exhaust.

Should I expect a new warranty on this new part also?
