Credit card charges re-claim

I am about to start a claim for credit/store card charges. Can anyone tell me if the template letter on this site is the correct one to use. It says it was last updated in 2009.

Pop yourself over to the Debt Free Wannabe board, read the sticky over there about SoA, then follow the instructions and post yours over there and request help & advice.

I'm sure someone will soon get you on the right road to becoming debt free :)
