I recently moved from Npower to EDF via via the MSE calculator. I had been paying by direct debit for Dual fuel. My last bill was way back in Nov 2012 where I had an £86.00 credit. The new supply was started March /April 2013 and numerous meter readings were sent both to N power and EDF (I had always supplied regular meter readings to Npower so as not to have any surprises when the bills came due) I now have had a final bill (£7.50 Credit Gas & £331.00 DEBIT Electricity) this surely can't be right !!!!!
Is Npower's billing department real !
Is anyone else having the same suprises on changing supplier

    Hi shep2652,

Would you like me to take a look into this for you and see why the electricity bill is higher than you expected?

You can email me the details to forumresponse@npower.com

    Many thanks,

    Adam :)
