Need letter for car insurance company

Hi
I need to write a letter to lloyds car insurance about the 1 year no claims discount that i have,I got the letter about the proof of the one year to send to them but i seem to have lost that proof of my ncd.
Lloyds now want an letter from me to but i have no idea what to write or where to start.Could someone please help me.Thanks

Are you changing to Lloyds from another insurance company ?
If so, contact Lloyds and ask them to phone your old insurance company - and they'll be able to give Lloyds proof of your NCD over the phone.
I did it with the AA & Admiral the other week.0
