Hi, I'm being busy today with trying to reclaim missold ppi!!
We had a mortgage with the above company, took out 07/2006, paid off end of 2008.
I don't have the original paperwork or account details, bt we think there was ppi on the mortgage, missold, and so I'm looking for advice as to what to do.
Do I write to them and ask them? Do they still exist?! Also, would we need to send any money to cover any costs at this point?
I really appreciate any help & advice.
Thanks

Are these mortgage brokers?
Given the tiny success rate that exists on mortgage brokers regarding MPPI, what are your reasons for complaint? You need to get it right if you want success. Also, note that the brokers dont tend to suffer many of the same reasons that exist with banks.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). It was a Mortgages PLC mortgage and at that time (July) they hadn't launched their direct arm so it would have been through a broker.
Your complaint, if valid, then, would be with the broker not the lender.0
