So would like to be correctly informed if telling them that this is effectively money laundering.
It isnt money laundering, unless you paid them with "dirty" money. Their process would enable money laundering to be committed but they may feel their other processes, procedures and checks are sufficient to meet their obligations in preventing money laundering.0
