Hello All
i was wondering if anybody could help?
I was online today looking for the best travel insurance for my honeymoon departing on the 6th August 2013. The holiday has ATOL protection so i'm happy with thinking that if anything happened whilst we were there we'd be ok and obviously your travel insurance covers you for cancelling your hol whilst your on it but what about the time between now and 6th August? What if for some awful reason we had to cancel going all together and where looking at losing the best part of £3500 if we cancelled with Thomson?!
Does anybody know if you can get an insurance which covers you prior to departure as well as the time that you're on the holiday?

Virtually all travel insurance covers cancellation costs (for certain reasons eg. illness/injury/jury service/close relative seriously ill etc)
You are covered from the date you take out the policy until the end of the trip. If you already booked your trip, get the cover today!0
