    Hi
    Thanks for the reply.
It is work in general that I won't be able to cope with.
    Pauline suggested JSA.

Having looked around, at some sites:
I was wondering about a disability benefit.(I realise it is changing at the moment)
I realise I cant decide that I have a disability, but who makes that decision to start with, regarding benefits.

When I went back to work I was positive about recovering, but now I feel am not going to recover and I'm finding working 7 1/2 hours 5 days a week too much for me.
I am finding I am assessing my ability to work.
I have always worked(30 years) but it is now a struggle.
I see that JSA is not really suitable for me, but is there another benefit that does apply

    cheers

No one decides if your disabled, you either have a disability or you dont.. From what you say it does'nt seem that you would qualify for DLA, I also think you may struggle to get ESA and if you did it is time limited. As the previous poster suggested maybe part time employment would be better suited.

or you could give up work and let you husband support you and not try to claim any benefit. it seems that you could manage on husbands wage so why not give it a try??? x
