A few months ago, i asked what i should do with a parking ticket i got and a private road.
The main reply was ignore. this week i received a letter from the so called firm.
I have attached the letter for you to take a look at, also the area where they say i was booked is about 3 miles long, as I was booked a private road leading to a carpark, also they claim the ticket is for damage cuased!
Any advice please]
I am not sure how to attach the picture, I can email it over to people if needed

Who did you get the ticket from?
Scan the pic removing your details. Post up on something like photobucket removing the www and someone will link it for you.Proud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0 -
The Company is called ANPR
its been uploaded to my site thehugills co uk
the link to it is on the top right0 -
This ticket is so far from being compliant I almost wet myself laughing. Luckily I was able to stop myself; otherwise I would have had to send a dry cleaning bill to ANPR for £150. They would have been just as liable to pay it to me, as you are to paying their invoice to them.
Can you also post up the back of the ticket please, just in case all the compliance stuff really is there, but hidden on the back of the ticket.
If you still have the original ticket that would help too if you can post it up.
If I can stop laughing for long enough once I see them, I'll do my best to point out their problems.
It also purports to be an Invoice, but is massively short of requirements there too, so if you were of a mind you could drop them in serious trouble with all kinds of people. Trading Standards, VAT and HMRC spring to mind.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0 -
Although it's an invoice, they are actually claiming damages for trespass. it would be interesting to know how ANPR have suffered £100 of damages, especially as it's only the landowner who can actually recover damages for trespass. They appear to have forgotten to tell us who the landowner is.
That, and many, many more inconsistencies and points which would have them lose at every stage of a (fair) appeals system.
But as you are too late to appeal to anyone now, do nothing. Just file away this letter. If anyone were daft enough to do court, you have damning evidence against them!
Be prepared for more hysterical letters from ANPR or so-called debt collectors. They will all be as meaning less as this latest letter. Again, file them away. Only if you get real, stamped court papers would you need to act.0 -
I note that Trev's 'invoice' still shows 'Incorporating National Clamps' . Maybe he's still hoping that PoFA will be repealled if his threat to sue the Government for loss of earnings is eventually carried out.
:rotfl:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
