Have I any chance of replacement?

Bought hubby an ipad in US recently. Accidentally broken. Does anyone know if I have any redress from credit card company.Or do I just accept that it is my responsibility:o. I bought it on 1st May. Any help welcomed.

Accidentally broken, your responsibility I;m afraid.

Could you check and see if it is covered on your house contents insurance or maybe even CC accident insurance/

You're covered for accidental damage with some credit cards.

    So, which card is it?

And have you checked your T&Cs?

CapOne cover ad for 100 days but the T&Cs cover only items purchased in the UK and the exclusions cover items purchased outside UK

'Accidentally broken' .... Love it. Yes OP, we will all tell you what you want to hear and that is how you can defraud your credit card company for the cost of the iPad because you sat on it or dropped it.

It's not the first and won't be the last post I see on here started by someone who wants to do the same.

Think it's another case of 1 post then never to return again.
