You get two emails. The first one confirms your order and asks you to set up a Red Spotted Hanky account if you don't already have one. You then get a second one saying the credit will be made to your account within the next 72 hours.

I'm having the same problem with the "Credits" section. I thought it might be e-vouchers, but nothing there yet either.

Although I think I'm being hasty as I only did mine 15th May! LOL.

Thanks for responses. I got the confirmed orders email 3 x £5 and set up account, plus the information that it would automatically appear in my account in 72 hours.

As I order mid 14th, I expect it will appear tomorrow, or maybe Monday. Nothing in e-vouchers yet, but glad to know where I'm meant to look when checking

Tescos agreed its a fiasco and advised me to wait till after weekend and call them if still no credit. :mad:

where on earth do I find the credit on the redspottedhankey website? I've received all my confirmation emails but can't actually see any credit - either I'm looking in the wrong place or I've not received them yet.

Once logged into RSH, click on 'loyalty/account' towards the top right, and then from the options that comes up on the left hand side, click 'eVoucher details', and you'll see it. Hope that helps.
