I would just like to say thank you to everyone who has been giving me advice recently.
I had a job interview and found out yesterday that I got the job !
Luckily the hours they changed were 2 of OH's days off and a sunday that my mum offered to have DS for so no worrying about childcare.
Also another bit of luck, OH has a job interview today for a better paid full time job! 37.5 hours a week. I can't actually believe how much we've struggled for everything to finally come together so quickly!
So if you are really struggling just remember everything can change in a week!

Thank you everyone for advice, I really appreciate it. Only problem now is I start work/induction Saturday and ever since I've found out I've been feeling sick! Hoping its just nerves.

Thanks for updating us. It is always nice to hear that things have turned round positively for someone when they have had troubles and worries. Good luck with your new job and I hope the interview goes well for your OH. Enjoy this new start
