Bought a train ticket from them, for May 10th. It was an un- refundable ticket as i knew. Unfortunately DH suffered a couple of strokes a few days before, and was really ill (still is )in hospital The ticket was £20 and i emailed red spotted to ask about a refund, not really expecting anything. I had an email back that said under the circumstances they would refund if i sent a letter from the doctor or hospital to confirm. As the doctor charges £30 for a letter that wasn't viable and the hospital don't do them for this sort of thing i wasn't able to get the refund. However just the fact that they were willing to refund such a ticket is commendable i think.
Seems a caring company, unusual in these days.
