Write us a short travel blog about your hometown, or somewhere nearby, and our favourite will win flights and a hotel stay for a European destination of your choice.
How to enter
STEP 1 Write a blog post of up to 600 words on a place you are from, currently live or live nearby. This should be original and not published elsewhere. We’re all about the writing – so make it interesting, inspiring and entertaining!
STEP 2 Add a picture or two of your destination. These should be your own photos, or ones you have permission to use. We won’t be judging the quality of your photos, but they’ll help bring your blog post to life.
STEP 3 Send your post and pictures to LateRooms.com using the Near & Far entry form.
STEP 4 Your blog will be judged by our guest panel for the main prize and, if suitable, also posted in the Near & Far section of the LateRooms.com Blog, ready for voting in the Readers' Choice prize.
All entries to be received by midnight, Sunday 9th June 2013.
