insurance for 65 year old but need family policy

hi there can anyone please recommend an annual insurance company for the above as the ones I've looked at seem to think you wouldn't have a family at that age (ie teenagers).

    Cheapest for wife and I was to open a current account with Nationwide and we had Annual European Travel Insurance for free. We upgraded to Worldwide cover incl. USA for £40.
