Judgement due to be passed on Halifax tomorrow for £2300. Was getting very stressed yesterday as hadn't heard anything from Halifax and they had acknowledged saying they were going to defend.
Checked bank 4.30pm balance was £0.83.
Checked bank 6.30pm balance was £1907!!
I've had no notifaction from Halifax but looks like 6 years from date of claim plus interest. We couldn't believe it. Had to go to the cashpoint just to check it was "real" money.
Will be contacting them today as they've still short changed me but GOD what a relief.
Hang on in there guys. Don't let the b##strds grind you down.
PS - Thanks to Hamster person who replied to my thread from yesterday.
