You need to click on 'Baby London' which is a clickable link and will take you to the competition. The green enter and thanks buttons are so that a) you can thank the poster for their time to find and post the competition, and b) so you will be able to know you have entered this competition so you don't enter it again, risking to disqualify yourself and wasting your time.
You'll find a large majority of competitions on this forum are posted this way, the clickable link will often be highlighted in a different colour and be the name of the company running the competition rather than an ugly http://www.blahblahblah.co.etc -It keeps the forum tidy and to the point. Hope that helps
