Today, we are giving you the chance to experience Peru. Your trip will begin in the capital city of Lima, before heading onto the famous Lake Titicaca where you'll meet with the Uros people on their floating homes, made entirely of reeds!
From here, it's off to Cuzco, the oldest inhabited city in the Southern Hemisphere and once the capital of the Inca Empire. You'll see remnents of the Inca throughout the city, and learn of their history from the inhabitants, whom you'll get to spend some time with on your own day of exploration!
From Cuzco, a short train journey will find you in the village of Aguas Calientes, close to the ancient “lost city” of Machu Picchu. Here, a local guide will take you around, teaching you about the history, culture and importance of this ancient place and its people.
