My iPad2 is on US site how can I change it to UK?

I know I have a lot to learn about my iPad. I seem to have managed to just have US site instead of UK.
Can someone please tell me how to change it back to UK site.

If you go into the iTunes store on your PC
Scroll all the way to the bottom, there should be a flag icon - click that0 -
