'Kindness is a simple act to show someone that you see them and that they're worth it'0 -
I need the damp sorted in my house so would get that done first, the rest after March 2014 would be paid off the mortgage (am in a stupid fixed deal so can't pay a chunk off without owing them 13k for the privilege!), that would halve my monthly mortgage payments so could then save for a holiday!
Then would scrap me 13 yr old Freelander and swank around in my new BMW :rotfl::rotfl:I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

Utterly selfish, but:
1. Buy a nice barn
2. Fill it full of four or five Austin Tens
3. Buy a holiday to JoeCon 2014 - the US GI Joe convention
I also fancy a traction engine, but might initially just pay to have lessons on someone else's!Would LOVE to win:
A hamper - any sort! A goody bag - any sort! A UK mini-break. A year's supply of something foodie. Anything Sci-Fi related
2013 wins - Cutting Room book, Rock n Rose necklace, £50 M&S voucher, Greggs coffee, £70 voucher for a Onesie0 -
I would put about 50k towards the mortgage and would probably sell the car as I don't really need one as I live on a bus route and parking near work is a nightmare
I would spend the rest on some fab hols for OH and myself, planning towards our wedding and some very nice treats for my family and friends. I would also make sure a few animal charities benefited from the money as well.
2022 wins include.... £1,000 cheque £150 ASDA gift card £250 Impericon gift voucher £100 cheque £100 of plant bulbs £100 Bower Collective voucher0 -
I'd burn the lot on holidays, nights out and just enjoying life!
I'm only 20 and I only get one chance to be young, so I'd make sure I make some brilliant memories. My approach to life is, I could die tomorrow and if I do I don't want to have wasted a secondStarted 30/08/2011Biggest Wins: GHD's, 5* Trip to London, VIP Trip to Isle of MTV Festival in Malta.
Thanks so much to all who post0 -
I would pay off my debts, so mortgage and car. That'd leave me with about £60K. I'd put however much my OH has in student loans locked away in a savings account so it was making money while he has them. The rest I'd save to move into a bigger place when OH graduates. Maybe a new kitchen for the current place but not a dream one as we would be moving onwards and upwards soon after
Would offer my parents whatever they wanted but they wouldn't want anything I suspect. Would probably go on hols to New Zealand or Alaska as well! I have thought through this plan many times already as you can probably tell!!

We're hoping to be FTB this year, so it'd go on a house - boring, practical, but the prospect of our own home and not spending all our income on rent is my dream come true! Probably sell the car since neither of us drive, and put that into savings so when my work contract ends we've got some money to keep us afloat (and maybe even cover some maternity leave...)
All inspired to go and do the ITV comps now!2015 comp wins - £370.25
